Virtual Learning Academy Alternative Education Online The Learning Academy is a public school academy chartered by the St. Clair County RESA. The RESA manages the Academy and acts as the educational service provider. EligibilityWho's eligible to enroll in the Virtual Learning Academy? - Students ages 16–19 who have voluntarily stopped attending school for more than 30 days.
- Expelled students.
The Virtual Learning Academy is free to students 20 and under. CommitmentExpected weekly time commitment as an online student is 20–30 hours a week. - A minimum of 5 hours a week in our computer lab at the RESA campus in Marysville.
- 15–25 hours a week online at home, public library or wherever a computer is available.
