As an LCAN, we partner with members of the community in a variety of sectors: K-12, higher-education, non-profit, government, business, and philanthrophy.  We are stronger through our connections, and Blue Water College Access Network is possible through the work of the incredible organizations below.

Collective Impact

Collective impact is the commitment of a group of important actors from different sectors to a common agenda for solving a specific social problem. (Kania and Kramer, 2011).

Blue Water College Access Network uses the collective impact framework as a model to increase the college-going rates of graduates in St. Clair County.
