SAT - The College Board
Students in Michigan will take the SAT exam in the spring of their junior year. Current juniors (class of 2018) are set to take the exam in school on April 11, 2017.

Khan Academy has teamed up with the College Board to offer SAT test preparation for FREE. Visit www.khanacademy.org to sign up and start practicing. Khan also offers apps for both Android and iPhone.
ACT - ACTStudent.org

Advanced Placement classes
AP's college-level courses and exams allow high school students to earn college credit and advanced placement, as well as stand out in the admission process. Students who enter college with AP credits can use their extra time to take upper level courses, pursue a double-major or study abroad.

To increase access to Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) Tests for low-income students, the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) has applied for and received a federal grant.
