Kim Miller started her nursing career in the birthing unit at Mercy Hospital until the closure in 2003. During this time, Ms. Miller worked part time as the school nurse at four schools in the Port Huron Area School District. Kim continued to follow the students and became a substitute health instructor for Ms. Biga and Ms. McClure at St. Clair TEC. She also became the Clinical Skills Observer testing candidates for Prometric's State of Michigan CNA testing center at St. Clair TEC. Ms. Miller joined Medilodge of Richmond in 2007 and held various positions there including Staff Development, QA Coordinator, Unit Manager and Director of Nursing.
Kim's passion for teaching returned her to the classroom at St. Clair TEC for the Health Exploration Program. She is excited to bring her vast experience in health to the next generation of health care professionals.
