Woodland’s staff members are highly trained and experienced. Staff members gain practical experience through the wide range of behaviors they work with daily; they also receive inservice training.
The special education teachers are called on from time to time to consult with local school districts in dealing with educational concerns of individual students.
Aides work on instructional goals under teacher supervision and provide routine help with activities such as feeding. Drivers and aides transport students from across St. Clair County to and from school.
