The Imagination Library in St. Clair County is funded through St. Clair County RESA, United Way of St. Clair County, and other local donors. The program costs approximately $25 per child per year, that is less than $3 a book.

Your donation will help bring literacy to the lives of children in St. Clair County.

  • $25 gives one child a book a month for one year.
  • $125 gives one child a book a month for five years. (60 total books)

Goals of the program

The goals of the Imagination Library in St. Clair County are:

 

  1. Increase access to books in the home
  2. Increase literacy activities in the home
  3. Increase positive parent/child interaction
  4. Increase kindergarten readiness

These goals will be measured by a survey sent to parents with children enrolled in the program.
