Helpdesk 

The IT network support team operates a user support helpdesk during business hours. RESA customers and staff are encouraged to call the helpdesk about computer support issues. If the helpdesk staff is unable to resolve your issue right away they will assign you a helpdesk ticket number. This number will reference the issue that you have reported.

 

To report problems or some other IT issue, go to IT Direct and follow directions. You also can call the helpdesk at (810) 455-1006 or send an E-mail to helpdesk@sccresa.org.
