This short video will highlight many of the opportunities and offerings provided by The St. Clair County Regional Educational Service Agency. The mission of RESA is to help each student in St. Clair County reach their full potential. The RESA operates many programs, including the Woodland Developmental Center and St. Clair County Technical Education Center. Many additional services are provided to our seven local school districts to assist them in their efforts to educate thousands of area children.

On May 21, 1953, Port Huron and Sarnia were hit by the third most powerful tornado in Michigan history. The F4 storm turned more than 150 homes into rubble and changed the look of downtown Sarnia forever.
