Free preschool in St. Clair County

GSRP is Michigan’s state-funded preschool program for 4 year olds whose family meets certain income guidelines. The program is designed to ensure every child is prepared to thrive when they enter kindergarten.

Age requirements

Children must be:

• 4 years old on or before Sept. 1 of the current school year

Transportation

Transportation can be provided in many cases. Check with your local district’s Administration Office or call Becky Gorinac at (810) 455-4037 or send her email.

Fill out the 2019-20 countywide GSRP application
Additional documentation is necessary to determine eligibility. Please, review the required information that needs to be submitted with the application.
