Financial Information Systems/Bi-Tech
The St. Clair County RESA's financial information support group provides training and support to K-12 districts for Bi-Tech's Integrated Fund Accounting System (IFAS).
The FIS system provides a tightly integrated suite of applications including general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing, work order budgeting, stores inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable, payroll and human resources.
The FIS department provides support to all St. Clair County districts, Croswell-Lexington Public School, five Oakland County School Districts, and nine public academies and charter schools.
Sungard Bi-Tech Inc. is the provider of the RESA’s financial information system software.
The Bi-Tech software consists of several financial modules which include: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, general ledger, budgeting, human resource, and purchasing.
