REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The Virtual Learning Academy of St. Clair County (“Owner”) will receive firm, sealed Bid Proposals for all labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the RESA Renovations project.

All bids can be submitted through the online bidding platform Building Connected by no later than 1:00pm, November 21, 2024 via Building Connected.  All Bid Proposals received on or before the Due Date will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately in order of category number.  Bid Proposals received after the due date will not be considered or accepted.

Alternatively, bidders may submit proposals via hard copy with bidders name on the outside of the envelope and as designated as follows: Project Name, Bid Package Number, Bid Category, Vendor Name/Address. To obtain hard copy of bid form, please reach out to bradley.kolcz@bartonmalow.com

All Bidders must provide a familial disclosure Form, Iran Sanctions Form, and also a Bid Bond, upload this information to the Bid Proposal on Building Connected.  The District will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this information. 

The Virtual Learning Academy Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part; to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner.
