This overview is for new staff or anyone who is not familiar with Skyward. It will cover how to navigate through the application, the different module’s in the application and their main function.

This training is for anyone interested in learning how to use Activities to track student groups like sport teams, academic groups, clubs, or groups of students receiving special services. Explore reporting options and other functionality.

Hands on workshop. Learn how to configure and maintain your school calendar. Calendar setup is one of the most important functions for day to day Skyward use and for state reporting.

Review of the required fields for CRCD reporting and a brief overview of the extract and submission process. TBD based on submission timeline.

Learn to create and use custom forms in your district and/or building. Save time creating, sending and maintaining forms for student, parent and teacher use.

This training is for new users or those who are looking for a refresher. All required enrollment and demographic fields will be covered as well as all the required MSDS fields.

This training will be focused on how to enter discipline records with a detailed look at the offense and action fields. We will also be covering the required fields for MSDS state reporting and the option for teacher referrals and automated discipline letters.

This training is to cover the basic Skyward function for the elementary secretary. It will cover demographics, entry and withdraw of students, family and address entry, scheduling, entry of attendance and attendance reports, entry of MSDS required data.

The elementary scheduling steps will be covered in detail. We will be using fast and easy utilities to complete scheduling in a matter of hours as well as learn how to use these utilities to save time and errors during the school year.

This training will cover the steps for secondary scheduling from student course request to printing completed schedules.

This training is for individuals responsible for state reporting data entry, troubleshooting issues, verifying data, generating reports and submitting the collection to the State.

Learn how to drop and add student courses, enter grades and run report cards.

This training will cover the basic Skyward function for a secretary. It will cover demographics, entry and withdraw of students, family and address entry, scheduling, entry of attendance and attendance reports, entry of MSDS required data.
